Dr. Friesen has undergraduate degrees in Biology and Pharmacy from the University of Kansas. He received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed a Residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Kansas School of Medicine – Wichita.

He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiology and the American Academy of Pain Management. Dr. Friesen has more than 20 years of Pain Management experience.
